FAQ

Is there a store I can visit? 
Unfortunately, we don't have a physical store.

When will I receive my order? 
Order before 16:00, and you'll receive your order the next working day. This applies only to orders within the Netherlands.

Can I pick up orders? 
Yes, you can. If you indicate during checkout that you want to pick up the products, we'll prepare them for you at our warehouse in Roden.

Who delivers the products?
All our shipments are handled by DHL. You'll receive a track & trace code when your order has been dispatched.

What are the payment methods?
You can use the most commonly used payment methods, such as; Credit cards, bank transfer (SEPA credit transfer), Ideal, Bancontact, Sofort and Giropay.

Ordering

For all orders with a delivery address within the Netherlands: when you order before 16:00, you'll receive your order the next working day. 

Shipment

We ship your orders through our partner DHL. When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email from us with your track & trace code, so you'll always know where your package is and when it will be delivered.

Payment

At Aves & Avian, you can only pay in advance with Ideal, Credit Card or bank transfer. Are you a business customer and want to order on account? Please check our resellers page for the possibilities.
